Delete your account
You can delete your account from the app at any time. Deleting removes you — it doesn’t erase the nursery’s records of your child.
- Open Settings → Delete my account.
- Read what stays and confirm. You are signed out everywhere, and your name, phone and devices are removed.
- The nursery keeps its records — attendance, care logs, invoices, payments and messages — shown against “Deleted account”.
- Your phone number is freed, so the nursery can invite you back later.
Tips
- To remove your child’s records as well, ask the nursery: it decides what the law requires it to keep.
