These terms

These terms apply to everyone who signs in to Bambini: the nursery’s owners and staff, and parents and guardians. The nursery’s contract with us comes first where the two differ.

Your account

• You sign in with your phone number and a code sent by SMS. Keep your phone safe and don’t share the code.
• The nursery grants and removes your access: staff join at its request, and a guardian is added from the child’s profile.
• Tell your nursery or our support team at once about any use of your account you didn’t do.
• You can delete your account from the app at any time — see the account deletion page.

The service

• We provide the nursery management system; the nursery owns the children’s records and its decisions.
• The daily report and its summaries are information for the parent, not medical advice.
• We keep improving the service and details may change — nurseries hear about important changes in advance.

Acceptable use

• Use the app for the nursery’s work only, and don’t look for children or families outside your role.
• Don’t share a photo of a child who isn’t yours with anyone outside the nursery.
• In-app chats are not hidden from the branch management; it can review them when needed.

Payments

• The nursery pays for Bambini under its own agreement with Bambini.
• Nursery fees paid by a parent are collected by the nursery, which issues the receipt; your card details never reach us.

Availability and responsibility

• We work to keep the service up and take daily backups, but we don’t promise uninterrupted availability.
• The nursery stays responsible for its care decisions and its official records.
• Within what the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top of the page shows the last change. Substantial changes reach nursery owners before they take effect.
