Set up your nursery for the first time

The setup wizard opens right after you add your nursery: it creates your first branch, its rooms and the modules you use. You can come back to it any time from the home screen.

Import children and staff from Excel

Bring in all the children and staff at once with the template. Rows that pass are imported; problem rows come back to you with the reason.

Invite staff and parents

An invitation is an SMS link. The person opens it, signs in with their phone and gives their name once.

Roles and permissions

Permissions are given per branch, and a person can hold a different role in each. Owners see every branch.

Daily report and chat settings

Two branch settings shape the day: when reports go out, and who answers parents’ messages.

Announcements

Announcements reach a whole room or the whole branch in the parents’ News tab. You can require approval before anything goes out.

Fee plans and discounts

Build the price list once — monthly or termly plans, discounts and one-off charges — then give each child what applies to them.

Bill a month

One month, one run: the run gathers a draft invoice per child, you review and edit, then issue. Numbers run with no gaps.

Collect payments

Parents can pay in the app, and you can collect every other way — a pay link, cash, a cheque or a transfer — with a receipt for each.

Reconciliation and the accountant export

Check the gateway’s payments against what Bambini recorded, and hand the accountant a month in one Excel file.

Statements

A statement shows one child’s full account: every invoice and payment with a running balance, ready to print or send.

Two-step sign-in

Everyone signs in with a code sent to their phone. Owners and admins add a second step — a code from an authenticator app — which you can require for your whole team.

The audit log

Every important action is written down: who did it, when, and to which record. Times are Kuwait time.

Sign in to the staff app

The staff app signs you in with your phone number and a code — no password to remember.

Your room and check-in

The room screen is your day: who is expected, present or picked up, with each child’s age and allergy badge.

Care logs and bulk mode

Meals, bottles, nappies, moods, activities, temperature and notes — one tap each, or one entry for the whole room.

Naps

Start a nap and the child’s card shows “asleep” with the minutes; end it and it becomes an entry with its length.

Photos and consent

Take or pick photos, tag who is in them and share. Children without consent can’t be tagged, and each parent sees only their own child.

The daily report

Prepare the day’s drafts, edit the summaries, approve and send — a parent sees a report once it is sent, or at the automatic send time if the nursery switched it on.

Chatting with parents

Parents message you from their child’s screen; who sees the thread depends on the branch’s chat setting.

Working offline

The app keeps working when the connection drops: entries and photos wait on the phone and send themselves once, when it returns.

The attendance screen (kiosk)

Turn a spare phone or tablet into your branch’s self-service check-in screen.

Sign in to the parent app

Sign in with your phone number and a code; you’ll see your children and nothing else.

The timeline and the daily report

Your child’s screen tells the day as it happens, and the daily report sums it up.

Photos

The album gathers every photo the nursery shares of your child — and only your child.

Chat and translate

Write to your nursery from your child’s screen in your own language; the other side can translate with one tap.

Report an absence

Tell the nursery before the morning that your child is away, or arriving late.

All About Me

Tell the teachers what helps your child: their routine, food, what calms them and the home languages. They see it in the child’s sheet.

The kiosk QR code

Check your child in at the nursery’s screen with your QR code, or with your phone number and a PIN.

Fees and paying

See each invoice with its lines and discounts, and pay in the app by KNET or card.

Your statement

The statement sums up everything with the nursery: what was billed, what was paid and the balance.

Notifications and quiet hours

Choose which notifications reach your phone, and silence them at night with quiet hours.

Delete your account

You can delete your account from the app at any time. Deleting removes you — it doesn’t erase the nursery’s records of your child.
