Your room and check-in
The room screen is your day: who is expected, present or picked up, with each child’s age and allergy badge.
- Open a room: it shows the count present of the total, each child’s age in months, and a red badge for severe allergies.
- Tap Check in: the child is marked present, the card shows the time and the count updates.
- Tap Check out at pick-up and choose who picked the child up.
- A child reported absent or late by a parent shows it on their card.
Tips
- Children without photo consent show “no photos” on their card — don’t tag them when sharing.
