Working offline
The app keeps working when the connection drops: entries and photos wait on the phone and send themselves once, when it returns.
- Offline, log entries as usual; the screen updates at once and shows how many entries are waiting to send.
- Photos picked offline upload in the background when the connection returns.
- Everything reaches the server once — no duplicates.
- Signing out with items still waiting warns you first: cancel to keep them, or sign out anyway to remove them from this phone.
Tips
- Clear the waiting items before handing a shared phone to a colleague.
