Fees and paying
See each invoice with its lines and discounts, and pay in the app by KNET or card.
- Open your child’s screen and choose Fees: the invoices with their status.
- Open an invoice: the lines, discounts, issue and due dates, and what’s left to pay.
- Tap Pay and choose KNET or card. If the payment is declined you can try again right away.
- When it succeeds the invoice turns paid and the receipt appears with its number.
- You can also pay from a pay link the nursery sends you by SMS.
Tips
- The receipt number is what you quote to the nursery for any payment question.
