Collect payments
Parents can pay in the app, and you can collect every other way — a pay link, cash, a cheque or a transfer — with a receipt for each.
- From an invoice, send a pay link: the parent gets an SMS with a page showing the nursery, the child’s first name, the month and the amount, then pays by KNET or card.
- To record what you received outside the app, use Record payment: cash, cheque or transfer, with the amount, date and reference.
- A partial payment moves the invoice to partly paid, the full one pays it off; every payment has a PDF receipt.
- Overdue invoices sit on the home screen with Send reminder — one reminder per invoice per day — and Copy pay link.
- Invoices due in 3 days, today or 7 days ago get one reminder each after 10:00 Kuwait time: a push and an SMS with the pay link.
Tips
- A parent can pay on their own any time from the Fees screen in their app.
