Statements
A statement shows one child’s full account: every invoice and payment with a running balance, ready to print or send.
- Open Invoices → Statement and pick a child.
- The list shows each invoice and payment with the running balance and the totals: billed, paid and due.
- Download the statement PDF to share with the guardian or to file.
Tips
- The guardian sees the same statement in their app, from the child’s Fees screen.
