Chatting with parents
Parents message you from their child’s screen; who sees the thread depends on the branch’s chat setting.
- Open Messages: conversations with unread badges, newest at the bottom.
- Reply in the thread; both sides update live.
- If the branch chat is set to teachers, the child’s room teachers see the thread; if set to the front desk, the branch answers.
- Translate a message when a parent writes in the other language.
Tips
- Chats are not hidden from the branch management; it can review them when needed.
