Announcements
Announcements reach a whole room or the whole branch in the parents’ News tab. You can require approval before anything goes out.
- Staff post announcements from the staff app to a room or the whole branch.
- To review before publishing, switch on “posts need approval” in the branch settings.
- Pending posts wait in Messages; approve them from the staff app and they go out at once.
- Open an announcement to see who read it and how many guardians it reached.
Tips
- Parents can react to an announcement with a like, a heart or thanks.
