Invite staff and parents
An invitation is an SMS link. The person opens it, signs in with their phone and gives their name once.
- Open Members → Invite and enter the phone number — an 8-digit Kuwaiti number is enough.
- Choose the branch, whether they are staff or a parent, and their role: director, admin, accountant, teacher, assistant, nurse or coach.
- For teachers and assistants, choose the room too.
- To invite a parent, open the child’s profile and add the guardian with their relationship to the child.
- The link arrives by SMS. When they sign in and accept, teachers are pointed to the staff app and parents to their app.
Tips
- The web dashboard is for owners, admins and billing staff; the other roles are pointed to their apps.
