Set up your nursery for the first time
The setup wizard opens right after you add your nursery: it creates your first branch, its rooms and the modules you use. You can come back to it any time from the home screen.
- After you add the nursery, the wizard opens in Arabic, right to left.
- Fill in the branch: its name in Arabic and English, phone, licence number, address, and the weekend and working times.
- Set the daily report send time, and whether unreviewed reports still go out automatically at that time.
- Choose who answers parent chats: the front desk or the room teachers.
- Create the rooms; each room holds its children and its staff.
- Switch on the modules you use and finish. The home screen now shows your counts and ticks off the remaining setup steps.
Tips
- Everything in the wizard can be changed later from Setup.
- The wizard also has fees and online-payment steps; you can save and continue later.
