Two-step sign-in
Everyone signs in with a code sent to their phone. Owners and admins add a second step — a code from an authenticator app — which you can require for your whole team.
- Sign in with your phone number and the 6-digit code from the SMS.
- If the second step is on for you, you are then asked for a code from your authenticator app.
- To require it for the team: open Settings and set two-factor enforcement to optional or required.
- Each person then sets up their authenticator from their own device when asked.
Tips
- Code requests are limited — a few per 10 minutes — so ask for a new code instead of guessing.
