Fee plans and discounts

Build the price list once — monthly or termly plans, discounts and one-off charges — then give each child what applies to them.

Open Fees → Plans and add a plan: its name in Arabic and English, the amount in KWD, and whether it bills monthly or in months you pick.
Add discounts in the Discounts tab, for example a 10% sibling discount; only one active sibling discount is allowed per branch.
In the Children tab, give each child their plan from their start date; a mid-month start is pro-rated to the day.
Add one-off charges in the Charges tab, like a trip fee, and pick the month it bills in.

Tips

Amounts are in the branch’s currency: Kuwaiti dinars to three decimals, dirhams, riyals and pounds to two.
