Questions
- Which children count?
- Children enrolled and active on the 1st of the month. Withdrawn and waitlisted children do not count.
- Do I need a card for the trial?
- No. The trial starts with your phone number; you choose a plan before it ends.
- Can I change plans?
- Yes. Upgrades apply at once; downgrades from the next month.
- Do parents pay through Bambini?
- Parents' payments go straight to the nursery's account through the payment gateway, never through us.
